We are using over four hectares of the land west of Imberhorne Lane to provide new sports facilities for Imberhorne School, built to Sport England standards and available for the wider community to use.

• A six-lane, 400-metre floodlit running track
• A sports pavilion providing changing rooms, showers and toilets
• Bleacher seating overlooking the running track
• A 22-space car park
• Sports pitches suitable for football, rugby, cricket and other field events
• Cricket nets

Our planning application is seeking ‘detailed’ planning permission for these sports facilities so that they can be built first.  We have already agreed with West Sussex County Council that no new homes would be built on the rest of the site until the sports facilities are completed and handed over to the school.
